Workout Routine
So I firmly believe that as long as you are exercising very well and maintaining good habits, you can eat almost anything and not worry about the fat being pounded onto your sides. My issue has always been my tummy. No matter how many sports I played or how many jog's or laps in the pool i made... It didn't matter. So now that the warm weather is here ( because I can't seem to workout in the cold) I am back on track to trying harder and stop making excuses. I saw a new ad spread of my man Baptiste Giabiconi & said to myself... I want that body. So I kicked off my workout regiment with a 10 mile walk yesterday around my city. The entire journey from my house down to where i reached and back is 12 miles but I couldn't do it all; my foot is still fucked up from the beach so it was killing me ! When I got home I jumped into the pool ( which felt amazing !!!) and then did some laps in there and finishing off with a shower. I am gonna try to do that distance at least 3 times a week or more to not only work my legs but the core when I'm going uphill. We shall see what happens <3 Im really motivated because I was waiting for the weather to be better and now it Is !
